BEAST
(Slaughtering day is on Monday or Tuesday)

  • Slaughter Fee $80 - $130 approx. (depending on location & km’s)
  • Processing Fee (minimum charge $250) $1.40 per kg of Beast’s Hook Weight
  • ½ side packed $10.00 per side
  • ¼ side packed $10.00 per quarter (quarters to be packed the same)
  • Sausage’s & Sausage Meat Products (approx 10% of the carcass weight)
  • Dr Hud’s Traditional Sausages $4.60 per kg
  • Gluten/Preservative Free Sausages & Tubes $5.60 per kg (no swiss roll available)
  • Extra Charges:
  • Breakfast Sausages $6.00kg Smoked Cheese Kransky $12.00kg
  • Speciality Sausages Minimum of 6kg per flavour

SHEEP
(Drop off day is WEEKLY on Wednesday afternoon/evening at Kaipara Flats slaughtering shed)

  • Extra Charges: (Any extra Boning will incur extra charges)
  • Rams $5.00 extra - Big Breeding Rams $40.00 kill only
  • Rolled Roast $6.00 each/Forequarter into chops $6.00 per sheep/Racks $5.00 per sheep/Butterfly Legs $6.00 per sheep/Boneless Shoulder $5.00 each/Stuffing $2.00 per Shoulder
  • Dr Hud’s Traditional Sausages $4.60 per kg - Gluten/Preservative Free $5.60 per kg

PIG
(Drop off day is WEEKLY on Thursday morning early at Kaipara Flats Slaughter shed)

  • Skinning Large Pigs $80.00
  • Slaughter Fee $1.30 per kg @ Pig’s Weight (minimum fee $50.00)
  • Processing Fee $1.30 per kg Basic Cuts (minimum fee $50.00) Bacon Breaking $1.10 per kg
  • Extra Charges: (for dicing, schnitzel & forequarter into chops) Pickled Pork $15.00 per cut
  • Whole Pig into Bacon $20.00 per cut + Ham $25.00 each
  • Part of Pig into Bacon $20.00 per cut + Ham $25.00 each
  • Basic Sausages $5.50 per kg - Gluten/Preservative Free $5.60 kg
  • Flavoured Sausages $7.00 per kg

Late Pick Up Fee may apply if your meat is not collected within a reasonable time frame.
